Men of Bethany!

Our 2005 MEN'S RETREAT is FAST APPROACHING
September 8th-10th; Thursday night thru Sat dinner.

Our theme this year is "COURAGE"

...courage to face our struggles & our sin;
... courage to bring everything before the Lord in honesty;
...courage to ask and receive forgiveness;
...courage to trust God for the unknown;
...courage to work through conflict in relationships;
... courage to face adversity and to move ahead in life by grace;
... courage to receive encouragement from other brothers; and
... courage to step up to give encouragement to other brothers.

New Life Bible Camp will be our host again this year. So we will journey to Buffalo Mills PA.:

Our organized carpool departure times are 4 PM and 6 PM on Thursday.

For those that have not experienced our Retreat in the past, we have: worship sessions with teaching, prayer & music, small group discussion & prayer, and free time with plenty of activity options (e.g., hiking, archery, basketball, volleyball, rock climbing, zip wire, water slide, prayer and more). Sign Language interpretation will be provided.

The cost is $70, checks payable to Bethany Community Church, or {trumpets blowing} via PayPal.at http://BethanyLaurel.org. The registration fee covers lodging, meals, activities (and pretty much anything else that happens between 9pm Thursday and 6pm Saturday).

What to bring:

Bible, pen and notepad
Clothing (including any recreational clothing)
Personal Toiletries
Towels and Bedding (sleeping bag & pillow will work)



What NOT to bring:

Firearms (strictly prohibited...archery equipment is permitted)



What to do:

REGISTER (in in the church lobby or thru the Bethany web site)
PAY ($70 by check to Bethany or via the Bethany website & PayPal)
